The Last Emperox

The Last Emperox (The Interdependency, #3)The Last Emperox by John Scalzi
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A very satisfying conclusion to The Interdependency trilogy. These books are all tightly written with plenty of action and palace intrigue. I wish there were three more coming, because I could read about this universe for years to come.

The Consuming Fire

The Consuming Fire (The Interdependency, #2)The Consuming Fire by John Scalzi
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

My only complaint - I wanted another hundred pages or so. The predecessor, The Collapsing Empire, was thoroughly entertaining, and The Consuming Fire picks up baton and successfully ramps up the stakes. Looking forward to the next installment of this series.

The Collapsing Empire

The Collapsing Empire (The Interdependency #1)The Collapsing Empire by John Scalzi
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Another home run sci-fi epic by John Scalzi. I'm not a fast reader, yet I sped through, turning pages every hour over just three days. Familiar ideas with fresh takes, lively characters and layered plotting make this a great entry point along with Old Man's War for his writing.
