Something Wicked Comes This Way
I had not planned a return to blogger, but here I am.
Sometime during the early evening of Sunday, January 7th, my Wordpress site was hacked with malware and taken offline. I tried to work with both Wordpress and Dreamhost, who hosted the site, but after hours and hours of back and forth, eventually I just decided to let it die.
I lost a lot of old posts going back a decade, and hopefully using the Wayback Machine, I'll be able to piece some of the stuff that meant something or was useful in some way, but I'm done with paying for a website.
It was also overloaded with a lot of unnecessary crap that just kept building up and me never taking the time to clean it up properly, so I'm using this as a fresh start. Slowly, I'm going to migrate some of the stuff can be saved.
